com) is seeking an Engineering Manager to join our growing team.
The candidate will lead the engineering teams and programs executed by those teams.
The position would be to lead predominantly mechanical engineering teams performing design and development projects for PR's Ag and Construction equipment clients.
The candidate will direct the program leaders for PR's key programs and build under them a structure to support up to 50 people reporting into the various supervisors that report into them.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and product development, preferably in the agricultural and construction equipment industry.
Duties:
Manage a team of program leaders and supervisors to support a total organizational size of 50 or more people.
Create, maintain, and execute goal planning and individual goal setting for PR's engineering team under them.
Provide mentoring and guidance to the operational, sales and recruiting organizations to help them better cultivate future opportunity in their interactions.
Working with clients and program leads ensure programs managed by PR are well defined and well executed to the expectations in PR scope of work with its clients.
Develop and implement processes to increase operational effectiveness and efficiency such as:
Supporting and helping to mature the manner in which PR tracks and organizes client interactions.
Pipeline activity and key metrics tracking and development Monitor and apply account development best practices and technology advancements as needed Work with the leadership team to grow and diversify business Support recruiting and billing activities with others in the leadership team Requirements:

years of successful mechanical engineering experience 5
years in agricultural and heavy equipment industry and finite understanding of the industries products and trends 5
years of proven leadership experience Skills:
