Our office is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated front office person to join our team.
Our ideal Dental Receptionist will have experience working with the public and have exceptional customer service skills.
Must have strong ability to multi-task and be able to work with great detail in mind.
They will greet patients as they check in, schedule future appointments, and handle incoming phone calls.
Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal Answering telephone and checking voicemail Scheduling appointments Confirming appointments Follow up on no shows/cancellation of appointments Post charges and payments to patient accounts Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area and front office space for patients Job Type:
